Yes, we can send you samples. Selected samples are free of charge, however, the courier/shipping cost will be borne by the buyer/client.
Ideally, we ask our clients to send artwork in CorelDRAW (.cdr) format. If you don’t have this, please send what you have. Our in-house graphics team will help re-create or adjust your artwork at no extra cost.
Yes. We always send a digital or physical proof for approval before moving into bulk production.
We can assist you in designing a custom promotional bag to match your style, color, fabric, or fittings. We also provide a free pre-production sample for your approval before starting production.
Yes, definitely. Please let us know your requirements, and we will source it for you.
Yes, our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design, but for certain promotional items, smaller quantities can be discussed.
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Our logistics team tracks every shipment in-house to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Air Cargo: 7–10 days (after production).
Sea Cargo: 4–6 weeks (after production).
Express Courier (DHL/FedEx): 5–7 days for small consignments.
We provide all export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.). Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance at the buyer’s end are the importer’s responsibility.

Yes. All our products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Since they are handmade from natural fibers, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of their unique character.
Normal wear & tear, misuse, exposure to moisture/chemicals, or variations due to natural materials are not covered.
In the rare case of a genuine manufacturing defect, we provide compensation in the form of replacements in the next shipment or a credit note adjusted against future orders.
